We will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we collect it and always in accordance with any applicable statutory data retention periods. The exact time period will depend on the purpose for which we hold your information but in no event this period will be longer than 12 months upon cancelation of your email subscription. Generally we aim to remove emails as soon as possible. There is no benefit for us to having an unwanted email address on our list. We operate different mailing lists if you wish to unsubscribe to a particular list, simply click on the unsubscribe button on any of the emails you no longer with to receive.
After an initial email welcoming new users and verifying their new subscription we will send you offers and updates on a regular basis. You can change your marketing preferences at any time. If you wish to stop receiving marketing from us (“opt-out”), click on the “unsubscribe” link which is contained at the bottom all of our marketing emails. We also reserve the right to delete any subscriptions without notice. Any unconfirmed email addresses will be deleted as soon as possible. If you wish to re-subscribe and our email subscription service is still open and free you may do so. In the event that this list is closed we will be unable to add you. If we have moved to a paying subscription they you will have to pay to re-join the applicable mailing list.
We will not sell or give your information away to any third party organisation or company. In the event that our company is sold the mailing list will be considered one of the companies assets. If they then wish to do something with your information they will need to ask your permission first.
We use Moosend as our email service who offer us a high high information security standard for the storage of your details when subscribing to our email list(s) All your details are securely on their servers exclusively within the EU/EEA (Netherlands) While there is no actual GDPR certificate, other than the safeguard of every business that it is GDPR compliant, we looked for a high information security standard. Moosend offer this by ISO 27001.
